It has been seven months since that first photo and since I started using my combination of Phytophanere Pills, Silica Gel, and Flintstone's Vitamins.
I am very impressed with the result of the trio. I am going to continue using these products until I reach my desired length.

I've been taking Biotin supplements plus a multivitamin and flax seed oil to help my hair grow faster. It's definitely sped up the process for me!
Wow your hair has grown a lot! I have been trying to grow my hair out as well. I'm starting to think I need to add phytophanere pills to my morning routine. I have already been taking Flintstones everyday.

Looks great! I may need to switch to the Phyto pills. I've been taking GNC's hair vitamins, but they are FREAKIN' HUGE!
WHOA those pills DID work for you...that or your hair just naturally really grows fast. I too took the Phytophanere pills for months and really can't say I noticed a huge difference in "growth speed". I also take a womens muli-vitamin daily..but still my hair grows soo slowly. It looks like you have THICK hair too though,,,and all my gf's that have thick hair also have super fast growing hair. (is there a link?!)
P.S. Why the Flintsone's vitamins? (I give those to my 5 year old. LOLOL)
