So is ombre' hair coming back around or what? It was super popular about 2 years ago, then it seemed to have faded away, and now I am seeing it again in full force.
It's been around 9 weeks since my last highlight. As you all probably know by now, my hair grows SO fast. I wanted to go really blonde, but it's just not feasible with how fast my hair grows. I am thinking of embracing ombre' yet again, but this time not as harsh, just subtle with a few highlights still coming from the top. Check out these roots.

PS- For anyone who may be new around here, this is the last time I got ombre about two years ago.
I thought Kim K's ombre looked awful at first, but it has really grown on me.
My friend DON at Day Old News also told me about a new trend called ecaille that is a more subtle ombre.
I also really love Hillary Duff's hair as of late.
Why am I telling you all this? Because I have a hair appointment tomorrow and I'm not sure what I want to do. Any thoughts?

Go for the ombre! I've been wanting to do it myself but am definitely not a risk taker when it comes to hair color.

I like the ombre if it is done correctly. I havent had my color done in over a year and now everyone is saying "ohhh...love the ombre!" It was sheer laziness on my part, but my hair is SO much healthier now that I haven't put chemicals on it!

I'm still doing the ombre. Mine is pretty subtle. It's the only thing that works for me!
