I wore this outfit when I was home in Kentucky last weekend. It was such an easy outfit to wear and I highly recommend this dress that is navy and white striped (I am wearing the XS). My friend Maureen wore it a while back as well and she's right, it's the best dress ever. I am actually ordering the other color variation as we speak.
