PIPM: Pretty in Pink Megan: Clog Anxiety

Clog Anxiety

Yes, you read that right. I am officially the crazy girl that owns too many clogs. How did this happen? Wasn't it just a few months ago that I posted about the re-emergence of clogs and how I couldn't believe they were coming back in style? Expect a full clog post next week, complete with modeling pictures. These are the clogs currently taking residence in my closet:

Looks as if I should plan a trip to Holland to wear all of my clogs. And I even got a pair of clogs for casual "running around town" errand shoes:

{Believe it, these are pimp. Dansko cheetah clogs. Can you imagine me wearing these with a juicy suit? Comical}

Have I convinced you yet? Bahahaha ... I am telling you all, these are going to be BIG for fall. I will still love you if you hate them.

Still hate them... and those last pair? That's what people who work in restaurants wear! PLEASE tell me you don't srsly wear them with Juicy!

ha! that was a joke ... I will wear them around the house and outside, not with juicy. Although, that would be funny, wouldn't it?

Just like booties, they are really growing on me. I love the first and third pairs! I think they'll look great in the fall with wide leg jeans. They still feel too clunky for summer to me.

I love them!! I got myself a pair of Lucky clogs with a peace sign on the top. So hippie/cute. I'll wear mine with my wide-legged Hudson jeans in the fall.

I love the sandal varieties that you got but those are too high for this 6 foot tall gal. :-)

Still not a HUGE fan, but I think your choices are good ones! I know Danskos are not the most fashionable shoes, but they are SO DARN comfortable and easy Fall shoes for when you're just running around town in your jeans!

Those Elizabeth and James clogs make my heart beat like an 808 drum (haha, oh Ke$ha..)

And you know, I have a pair of those house clogs too, I grew up in Germany, it goes against code if you don't own a pair of them.

(I find they're perfect for running too and from the car when you forgot something and its 11 at night, for running to Wal-Mart (because even in clogs, you still look better than 95 percent of the people there) and the rare occasion that I find myself doing yard work, which is, as I said, rare. :) So comfy though)

You could totally rock them with a Juicy tracksuit..haha!

I am dying to see these clogs with outfits, I just can grasp the trend quite yet! I do own one pair, but they are worn with scrubs haha

I'm still not set on them, but who knows, come fall, I may just need a pair. Until then, I'll rock out my collection of sandals. Can't wait to see your pics of you in them, you may just make me change my mind. :)

Wow! That's a lot of clogs! But don't get rid of them this time when they go out of style... they'll make another comeback and then the ones you have now will be "VINTAGE!"

you've amassed quite the collection! i think i'll hold off til the modeling pics to pass judgment :) have a great weekend, miss megan!

Haha, I only know because I used to wear those shoes (in black) when I was a server. Do NOT miss those days!

Actually, looking at your pics again, the sandal clogs are kind of cute. I'm sure this trend will grow on many people. I used to HATE pointy-toed shoes, and my closet is FULL of them from a few years ago.

Love the idea of clogs for Fall/Winter. Hate the idea of them for Spring (just being honest)!! ;) But, if anyone can get away with it, you can. I just don't care for them (in warm seasons) myself.

It's totally ok! I am loving the clogs! I posted on them a while back. Inspired by Chanel, but these are definitely a better price. Have a great weekend! xxSAS

Clogs are growing on me. I just don't find them very comfortable. I love your pics though. CUTE!

I'm not 100% convinced yet, but I have to admit I have a pair in my closet (some coach ones I purchased several years ago) - perhaps I'll drag those out if the trend comes to fruition... but I can see the allure, they are kinda cute :) I especially like the pinkish pair on top!

Actually, the toeless pair (second from top) is very cute. I'd wear them in a heartbeat (with skinny jeans or shorts maybe?).

The pair on top and the bottom, on the other hand, are beyond words...There is nothing feminine about them, I'd put them both in a museum of modern art, observe and criticize them hehe :)

I recently saw pictures of Michelle Williams in clog boots, she made them work. I'd buy a pair only (and only) if I knew I'd be spending time hiking in mud :)

i'm telling you.... danskos aren't a whole lot to look at, but they look fine with jeans in the fall if you need a super comfy shoe. haha
