Gold Nails & Dramatic Eyes

Yesterday, I was feeling a little frisky and decided to get my gel nails painted gold. I have seen gold polish all around the fashion circuit for a while now, and I really wanted to give it a try!

I decided on OPI "Dynasty Bling" and love it! It's more of a bronzed gold than a bright gold:

Also, recently I have wanted to try really dramatic eyes. Last night, I attempted this make-up experiment and really loved the results!

I started out with a neutral base- just put this base all over your eyelid. Next, just take a light grey color and do your corners and over through your crease. To finalize, I took a black eye shadow and smudged the corners with my finger. For eyeliner, I used a very black Laura Mercier shadow I have with a liner brush and applied a thick liner, going up and out at the corners.
