I bought the cutest snood from C/FAN. Definitely check out their website. She is a Chicago based designer.
I got one at Target back in December for like 15 bucks. It's long, so I have to drape it twice, but it's FABULOUS.
I have one like the first one from H&M and I love it! It looks great over coats, or sweaters or even a casual tee for a nice vibe! They have a bunch on eBay right now too!

I bought one for my mom and sister for Christmas but not one for me. Regretting it.
I have one from H&M. Its a red color sweater,very warm and comfortable.
