HAIR POWDER!!! Aka- dry shampoo. I swear by this stuff. It is absolutely amazing. I am currently using the Oscar Blandi powder kind. I also love the Oscar Blandi spray powder as well as the Bumble and Bumble. In my research, I have found that I like the actual powder application better than the spray application.
Hair powder is great for blondes because it gives us the ability to conceal our roots (so my hair isn't really this color naturally ... sooo?). Do not fret dark blondes, brunettes, and red heads- hair powder comes in colors as well for you gals!
Hair powder saves me on so many days that I do not feel like re-styling my hair. For me, I have an intense blow-out process with a round brush when I get out of the shower. The process takes around 30 minutes and makes my arm feel like it wants to fall off. Some days I love to just get in the shower with a shower cap and apply hair powder for a freshly washed look.

Hair powder/dry shampoo is the best! I love the Bumble & Bumble but hate the price tag. I use wayyy to much of it to keep splurging on the $28 bottle. I've found an option which is almost as good for one third of the price - Batiste. Only $7. Such a deal!
I use Bumble and Bumble but always open to new products. Anything to make my hair look thicker!
As for the powder, inded it works. I have rown hai and the roots lighten up when I'm not on top of my color appointments. Hello spray powder...works wonders!
I get a blowout before every weekend, sprinkle of the Oscar Blondi (or baby powder in a pinch) and my hair is good to go until Monday!

I love dry shampoo. The aerosol ones run out quicker so I prefer powder too. Pssssst! On drugstore.com has colors & is pretty cheap. I'm trying the colorless one now & I like it.
I got the Ojon brand spray while the Sephora F&F sale was going on. I like it & love the smell, but I like the Oscar Blandi much better.
I LOVE that stuff! It's such a lifesaver when you don't have time (or energy, haha) to do your hair in the mornings. There's also a cheap-o brand from Sally's that you can get for like $8 and it works just as well--it's called Batiste.

I've been using the Oscar Blandi powder as well - I LOVE it. It totally saves me on days I'm running late or having a flat hair day. And I kinda love how it lightens my hair up a little more, too!
You should try Shampowder by Buttercream Cosmetics. It has an awesome applicator and comes in multiple shades. It's available at Target.com
I used to use Pssst, which can be found at just about any drugstore, and recently started using Batiste. I really love Batiste! and it is the only thing getting me through to my highlight appointment on Monday!

I just posted on Chic Critique Monday about a dry shampoo I tried that I really liked... but it was a spray formula... now I definitely need to try the powder form. I honestly have never even seen that before!
I love the Oscar Blandi hair powder! I promise, sometimes I think my hair looks better the second day of my blowout with the powder. It's amazing and one bottle lasts forever.
I am a long time Batiste user so I am a huge fan of hair powder. One time, I was picking up some more Batiste (it runs out so quickly!) at Sally's and the sales associate felt the need to inform me that strippers used the product to keep their hair extensions fresh. SOLD!
I do this too! We actually had a talk about this in one of my grad classes and the other ladies couldn't believe that I don't wash my hair every day. Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to have to try that brand out.

I've been using bumble dry shampoo for a while and I have mixed feelings. While it's awesome for adding volume, preserving hair color and for those lazy days when I don't feel like washing my hair, the dark colored spray colors your scalp if not careful. Also, I have to apply it outside, otherwise, it goes everywhere in the bathroom. Maybe i should just dye my hair blonde to solve that problem.
hey megan! this might be a stupid question, but how much do apply and how do you put it on? I have this and tried it a few times but it really dried my scalp out BAD! and I stopped using it. I ordered some spray (dif. brand) from sephora last wk to try. I wonder if I was just to squirt happy and put way too much on?
Thank God for Oscar Blandi dry shampoo! I am 100% devoted to the powder application as well! Some days when I use this, I feel as if my hair looks better than it did the day before. Total saving grace for blondes! I did a post on this a while back, and a lot of people didn't know about this miracle product...all blondes should definitely own this or some version of it.
I'm a huge fan of the B&B product as well - it's an expensive product, but so worth it since I can stretch out my color appointments (I'm a brunette that colors my hair reddish/brown to cover up my greys) plus I like the added volume. I also recently started using the OB dry shampoo (the non-spray kind), and it's great stuff. I have naturally curly hair and work out, and it makes my blow outs last longer (you just need to make sure you blow dry or use a good brush if you're a brunette).
I also like the Rene Furterer dry shampoo spray, but since it's a spray I don't think the bottle lasts quite as long as the OB powder and I think the OB actually makes my blow out last a day or so longer than the RF. I also tried the Ojon spray, but had a bad travel experience when it somehow stained some things (sad because I prefer the smell). I'll have to check out some of the other suggestions left in your comments...

I went to Sephora the other day and bought the Oscar Blandi powder as well as my beloved, Fekkai. Both work very well on my blonde hair ( natural, except you can see where summer ended ). Fekkai does not have a scent, so I have used it more
