Honestly, how do you all feel about jumpsuits? There is one that I kind of like ... I tried it on this past weekend and kind of felt like a tool, but then it started to look better and better as I wore it around the store. I still can't decide.
Here are some more "normal" looking jumpsuits:
The top two are Fighting Eel, the bottom is Vince.
How do you all feel about them?

i think they are cute! but my thing is i need to try one one.
i also need to try on a romper.
i really want to get one!
so i say, "Jump!"
They look great on some people. However, I am already short, so I feel like I will look like a kid in a jumpsuit or romper. Also, I always wait til the last second to go to the bathroom, so probably not a good choice for me :) So jump for others!
I think they are cute on tall, skinny people who like to get fully undressed when they use the bathroom :-)
LOL- you all are cracking me up ... i NEVER thought about the bathroom issue ... what do you do?
I'm all for the long pants/tube top pants suit for more casual, maybe a halter top for dressier. But I don't like the shorts at all. The reason? In S. FL in retire city - the older people wear the shorts/tubetops in terry cloth and it just makes me feel old thinking about it!
There ain't no way in hell!
JUMP...for people with your body style! I think on short people (me) they would make you look to frumpy. But I do love a good short romper!
I like the top one, I bought a romper a little while ago... it is still chilling in my closet. HOPEFULLY I will be able to convince myself to wear it when it gets warmer.
I say, Jump :)
Super cute on you I bet, not so much on me. You need to post a picture and let us see. I bet it looks great on you.
I just bought a black Karina Grimaldi jumpsuit last week and I love it.
Cute! I am loving the middle one. I'm picturing with gold jewelry and a great pair of heels.
I don't care how many times they come into style, they're always a mistake unless you are under the age of 3.
not a jumpsuit fan at all. they remind me of ABBA outfits from the 70s....Plus you're kind of limited on how you wear them, since top and bottom are stuck together.
I don't care for them at all and I second Samma talking about the bathroom. But like everything you wear you will probably look awesome in it. You have the confidence to pull it off. So for you.. Jump! ha!
I really like them, but I think you have to have the right event to go to. I think rompers are somewhat easier to pull off.
I love them! The bathroom thing is a pain, I'll admit (sometimes depending on the style you have to take it all the way off!!). And for shorter girls, never fear-- the ones with shorts are perfect for any height!
I love them! My favorite is the strapless one, I think. I have got to try one of these on, but I think you should go for it.
I really like the second one the best. I understand completely...I felt like a complete idiot the first time I tried and wore a jumpsuit at the end of last summer. It was a huge hit though and they're on my wishlist for this coming summer!
HOWEVER, I have to agree with the whole bathroom issues...you do have to get "undressed" completely really, so not always the best outfits to where if you're having drinks ;)
I love the strapless one!! It would go so cute with that gold chunky necklace in your previous post and flip flops and a cute bag!! :)
They're not for me, but I think they can look good on tall, thin women who accessorize them just right. And, as I feel about most trendy pieces, if you wore it the first time around, you're probably to old to wear it again when it comes back in fashion...
I think Jumpsuits are adorable, however if you're petit, be careful... they can shorten you.
The wide leg ones definitely need to be worn with heels I think...
With your tiny frame, I'd say you're one of the only people who could rock the 3rd choice, which is actually my favorite! You should jump on that one!!!
i think i would look silly but some women look so so amazing wearing them!
I love the look of the Vince one. Megan, you could pull it off...but the majority of the America couldn't. I also think that it may be an unflattering fit on one's posterior depending on the cut of the jumpsuit. I'm going to vote: leave it on the runway.
I like the middle one the best! The first one's waist is too accentuated and the last one is too crazy, I love the strapless look. Longer ones are also classier than the shorts ones!!
I have a cute one I bought at Marshall's so super cheap in case I really don't like it or it looks weird after I wear it, but I do plan on wearing it at our housewarming next month!
Is it bad that I had a jumper/romper in college WAY before they were cool!? Either I was extremely fashion-forward or just out of style :)
I've always wondered about these. Some girls seem to pull them off so well, but I'm just not sure!
i think you would look good in anything. jumpsuits included. i say JUMP. i like the casual loose fitting i-just-got-off-my-yacht-in-capri look.
i'm on the fence as well. i say go for it -- you've got the sass to pull it off. i'm a bit partial to the short jumper, though.
I think they are cute on some people, but I agree that you have to be a little taller and thin. I don't think a jump suit would look good on me, but I think it would look great on you. You have the body for it!
I think some people can pull them off and yeah, how the heck would you go to the bathroom quickly?!
I honestly do NOT like them....the last picture you posted was probably the best with the belt. But I've found that I don't like body suits on ANY body type.
I think with the right shoes, jump, jump, jump!! I can see a great evening look out of all of these!
Well Im an idiot! Serves me right for rushing through things and being distracted!
What I was trying to say that I saw the magazine at Target last night (Unveiled, Duh!) and I thought how beautiful all of your wedding pictures on their blog were! Not that you were in the magazine:) But you totally could (and should) be!
"not to jump!"
When jumpers/rompers first hit the scene--I was anti to the whole trend. But now as spring approaches I am super intrigued and will definitely try some one and see if it works for me--I say JUMP!
