I ended up purchasing this Tibi Arizona print skirt and tank last night while Neiman Marcus had their double point event. I have loved the print since a picture of it came out months ago, but I don't like how much hype it's gotten. Do you ever get like that with a clothing item? It's like the more times you see it on blogs and see people writing or hear people talking about it, you want it less?
Anyways, we'll see what it's like in person.
These are some other spring/summer dresses I am crushing over.

Yes, totally agree on the overhype feeling. There was a TB dress a few seasons ago that I LOVED, but then I saw it everywhere and was afraid I wouldn't wear it past that season because everyone would recognize it and be like, "Oh that dress is definitely from 2 seasons ago".
Yep could not agree more about liking something less after the Hype! So funny I almost ordered it too but had a hard time biting the bullet spending $200 on the top and $500 on the skirt. Please post and let me know if you like it!! I was afraid the pleats would make my hips look huge but I do love it!!
the only justification i have is that you can get a lot of wear out of the skirt and tank separately, or together! haha! i may end up sending it back, not sure yet!
totally agree! I felt that way about the arty YSL ring and the naked makeup palette...totally turned me off from buying them. I do however love this print! Keep us posted if you end up rocking it xo
Oh I am in love with that outfit!!!!!
Oh I love all!!!
Love dress # 2!
Actually it's the opposite for me, the more I see it, the more I WANT it =)

Oh how cute!
I agree about the hype. The point is for us to have our own style. I like things like this that are a little different, but still classic. :)
LOVE these spring dresses, especially #4!

i sometimes feel that way about the designer releases at target. they seem to be getting more popular.
i used to love telling people who complimented me on a cute outfit that i found it at target. it was like i was in on a great secret.
now i'm paranoid that everyone will know when i'm wearing a designer release dress. for the record, i don't mind folks knowing i got stuff from target...it's more the idea that *everyone* and their mother has the same pieces...
