I know there's a lot of debate on whether or not you can wear white pants after Labor day. I say just do what you feel. If you want to wear them in December, then by all means go right ahead. I don't really wear them after Labor day because frankly, I am sick of looking at anything that reminds me of summer. So, last night was the "last hurrah" for my white pants and summery items such as this straw hat from H&M that has been a great staple. I wore my GAP Boyfriend top which runs BIG, but you all know I like baggy clothes. I am also wearing AG cropped white jeans and GAP loafers.

I was just having this debate with a friend last night! I'm totally all for wearing white pants after labour day this year... but I think that's probably because I just moved across the country and accidentally packed my fave white skinnies in with the boxes on the moving truck, which STILL hasn't arrived. I can't bear the thought of packing them away so soon!

Yes, but I hardly wear white anyway... Besides, there's no labour day in London...
I know Emily Post says we can wear white after labor day - I think I have no issue wearing white as long as it is something kind of understated - like white pants, a winter white suit, etc. A lace shift white dress? No. It varies for me!
Labor Day makes me sad :( I'm missing summer before it's even gone!
