I honestly don't really like off-the-shoulder tops on me ... I don't like my décolletage area and hate having to wear a strapless bra. However, I'm a lemming and since they are very popular right now I decided to give them a try with this striped See by Chloe top. Is anyone else weird about off-the-shoulder tops? I just feel like I should be pulling it up instead of letting it sit down low on my arms. There are so many cute ones out there right now but I have been hesitant to try them.
