Bayalage, Blowout, and Style with Richard & Co Salon Memphis

I had the pleasure of visiting Richard & Co Salon in Collierville, TN (about 20 minutes east of Memphis) a couple of weeks ago for a complimentary bayalage, blowout, and style.  I was so excited to bring some of my blonde from my ombre up a little bit for summer.  I also needed a trim, so the timing worked out great! 

They use Keune color at Richard & Co which is a type of haircolor that is much better for your hair and doesn't damage your hair like some other hair colors out there. 

My hair was done by Elizabeth who was so friendly and helpful and seriously knew her stuff!  She would tell me what each product was going to do when she put it on my hair.  I learned more from her than I ever have about hair products! 

Richard & Co carries several hair product brands including R&Co, Oribe, Kevin Murphy, and Keune.  Personally these have always been some of my favorite brands.  

So, as I was saying before, learning about the products was one of my favorite parts of my visit at Richard & Co!  I honestly had no idea I was missing out on some great Oribe products (I thought that I'd tried them all). 

Elizabeth used a few products on my hair before she did my blow out and style.  She started out with Oribe Grandoise volume mousse to give my roots some volume.  She also sprayed Oribe Volumista on my parts to give me more volume.  After she dried it and curled it, she sprayed Oribe Apres Beach (which I now prefer over their Dry Texturizing Spray) which is a much softer way to give your curls some texture.
