PIPM: Pretty in Pink Megan: Destination: CLOG!!!

Destination: CLOG!!!

So, I posted a while back about the clog coming back in style, and the general consensus from you all was NO BUENO. Well, what about a variation on the clog? I am talking about the clog sandal. Still not good? You decide!

This variation of the traditional clog is kind of growing on me ... what of it?!?! I have a feeling clogs are going to be big-time for fall ... and I also have a feeling you all will think I've been taking the crazy pills for liking clogs!

Um, I'm not sure...I still can't believe they're coming out with these right now. Maybe they're aiming more for the fall/winter wardrobes. Cute LP sandals from the previous post! Wish they were my size. :)

I actually really like those Steve Madden ones!!! I hate clunky heels though. It reminds me of junior high school. Hahaha!

I'm still really not a fan of the clog sandal, too clunky and un-summer like even with the open toe

I don't know about the clog sandal, but I think you're right... clogs are probably going to be huge for fall. Remember the Chloe clogs from a few years ago?

I don't really mind them. I'm not sure I'd pick them up at the store, but I do have a thing for shoes with wood or cork soles, so maybe that's why?

I bought the Steve Madden ones in the taupe color a few weeks ago because I didn't want to spend a lot of something I was only lukewarm about. I am not sure about them yet.... maybe I just need a tan to rock them.

I love them. I also love the Tory Burch clogs and sandals.Great with a sundress as an alternative to the palm beach sandal I think. These remind me of a pair of Candie's I had in jr. high....I love them too.

Nope -- still don't like them. They seriously remind me of "Candies" shoes circa middle school.

I'm sure there's a way to pull them off, but when you see them on there own like that...not a fan!

I'm still not for it. I don't like those clunky heels.

I like the first ones...they are kinda retro. But the second pair are a no go for me!

i like the first ones, those are so cute!! i say rock the trend!

I think they could look good on (the nude-ish color of the 2nd pair would elongate the legs) but I imagine walking in them would be a nightmare. Too heavy and not enough ankle support - I'd probably roll my ankle if I wore them ;)

ughhh NOOOOOOO
i hate them.
and steve madden in general makes me think "middle school" (or "white trash", but I was trying not to be a bitch... whoops, there goes that).

of course I'm sure if anyone could pull them off, it would be you.

I don't know about the clogs. At least not yet, tehe. Ask me again next year. I might be singing a different tune. I swore I'd never wear a romper, and well, we see how that went. hahahaha

Steve Madden ones are cute, but I can't get over the chunky heel on the other one.

I'm loving the first pair - I love the clog/sandal combo. However, I'm not as keen on the second pair...a little too 90's flashback for me!

I have to say, these are probably even worse. I'm not a fan of any chunky shoes though. I think they make most people's legs look weird.

not a fan of these either, too clunky and too trendy.

I like the miu miu and tory burch "modified clog" I prefer the traditional clog for fall/late summer!
