Review: Radiant A

You all know that I am one for honesty, so if I didn't like something I'd be sure to tell you that.  Even though my mother-in-law makes this product, please be assured that I would tell you the truth regardless! 

Last week Jan sent me her new product, Radiant A, which is a natural version of the popular Retin-A product. 

I tried this product on Thursday night and the first thought was that the smell was really odd (I am weird with smells).  I love love love her face oil and use it every day, so it was definitely a different smell than the face oil.  I slathered the Radiant A all over my face and left it on for 30 minutes to dry, then applied her oil over top of the Radiant A.  

I woke up Friday morning with super-soft skin.  I had a small break out area on my cheek and it felt flat instead of raised like it had the week before.  

I used the Radiant A again on Saturday and Sunday, and today I woke up with some dead skin on my face, which means it is working! I exfoliated this morning and my skin feels amazing.  I would highly recommend the Radiant A, especially if you are looking for an alternative to Retin-A because it is very harsh and can really cause some people to get red and irritated.
