
Okay, so I guess I better jump back on the "work out" train. I know, I know, I am skinny. I get that. But here recently I think I am too skinny, and seriously, I do NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. And I eat junk ... I'm talking I had 4 chocolate chip cookies last night alone. Before you all kill me, just know that I have a very high metabolism and I am seriously a ball of nerves. I am anxious and nervous every single day. I really think that is how I stay so little. Rob and I currently live in the 'burbs and I haven't felt like joining a gym when I've known we were moving into Memphis soon. Now that we are finally moving into our new home, I want to join a gym near our house and start working out again. I used to work out all the time and now I've just gotten plain lazy. I want to look good for my wedding dress! I am thinking of combining yoga classes with elliptical sessions. How often do you all work out and what do you do? Has anyone tried Zumba? I saw that this dance class is offered at a gym near our new house.

I have a high metabolism as well (although one of these days it'll catch up to me, I'm sure), and I also eat pure junk. My mom told me the other day that she's worried about me because I look thinner! I've been taking yoga classes in hopes that it'll tone my body, and I hope it isn't helping me lose weight...

I wish I had a fast metablolism! What I do is 3-4 times a week and a half hour eliptical and like fifteen minutes weights. It works great and I noticed a difference!
I work out everyday, or at least did before I had my appendix out a couple weeks ago :) Treadmill, bikes, elliptical, weights.. Anyway. I *think* you are moving to midtown somewhere? Not sure on that, but I remember you said you purchased a very old home. They are opening a new French Riviera Spa on Union near Cooper. We joined it a while back and have been using their Poplar at Highland facility until the Union one opens. The Poplar branch is HUGE. They have a movie theater inside of it, tons of classes, an area just for women, etc. If you join at one, you can use any of them. We joined for $20 a month - guaranteed for life. They are doing great deals because of the new Union branch opening.

I work out 4 days a week ( walking/jogging on treadmill, elliptical some weights 1 time a week) and I am a member of Weight Watchers.
I used to have a high metabolism but when I turned 27 that all changed. I began gaining weight easily.
So I joined WW and love it :)
I write down what I eat every day. I eat a lot of veggies & fruits. No soda unless it is diet kind and that is only 1 can a day if need be.
I am losing my weight slowly but surely.
I work out about once a week. Pointless, right!?! I need to have some self-discipline!
My gym has Zumba and its probably the most popular class. I'm not a huge fan of classes but everyone else loves it!
I love Zumba, and I wish I had a fast metabolism. I work-out by going to classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Then I usually go to the gym and do my own thing on Wednesday and Sunday! So, that's my schedule. I work-out a lot, and I'm not even that small! Dang!!
I used to do Zumba..but I just dont have the coordination that is needed.
I am so jealous! My best friend drops 5 or 6 pounds everytime she is stressed! I know a lot of people that like Zumba!
I am no help because I don't work out. I marathon-shop, does that count?? JUST KIDDING! I am like you--a skinny bunch of nerves! My development is building a clubhouse with workout room/gym and I am vowing to start working out when it is completed in the Spring.
