I am still deciding on my formal china ... any suggestions? I want something neutral that will go with our mustard yellow dining room colors.

I love your choice of everyday china! For my formal china I chose Lenox Eternal because I wanted something classic that I would never get tired of.
Oh china is one of my favorite things. My friend Ellie and I talk about it constantly. I mean constantly. even though we both know we have always wanted herend rothschild (what I would recommend for anyone, it is gorgeous). and if you are thinking of doing something more neutral to match your walls, I would perhaps choose a fun charger or salad plate that you could mix and match because in 10 years you might get tired of that yellow. but it also has a brown border you could choose that might go well with your room. that is why herend rothschild might be great, because you could do the plain white with the birds (that matches anything, and isn't as outrageously expensive) and choose the classic herend patterned charger or something more whimsical. a lot of girls are mixing and matching the charger or dinner plate with gold dots from ann weatherly, another favorite.

Try to look for a pattern that's fairly new so that it has a lesser chance of being discontinued before you get all the pieces you want. My sister registered for hers and it was FABULOUS! However, they discontinued it just before her wedding and she was running around to different stores trying to buy up all the pieces she didn't have the week after her honeymoon! CRAZY! Good luck!
