Membership to a "Beverage of the Month" club- this is something that can be gifted through email. You can get anything from Wine of the Month to Microbrewed Beer of the Month.
A bottle of Wine or Specialty Coffee- pretty self explanatory.

Great ideas! Microbrew of the month is pure genius! I always go for the sentimental when I go into last-minute panic for some odd reason (ridiculous ornaments symbolizing memories, wine from that one evening, etc...).
