We have been going through one insane heat wave here in the south lately. I try my best to stay indoors and avoid even going outside because it's so unbearable.
You can just forget about dressing cute because the second you walk outside you are going to start sweating profusely and your make-up will melt off.
I've always hated summer and this one is no different. I have always been a fall and winter girl and welcome the chance to wear layers of clothes with scarves and boots.
This is what I am currently dreaming of (I will be dreaming for a while as it doesn't get cool until late October here) ... wearing outfits like this with the crisp fall breeze:

I love cooler weather! (It's the main reason why I could never live in the South). I can't wait for fall! It's definitely my favorite season. And those boots. Seriously, love.
AGREED. I hate Southern summers!! Fall/winter allow you to wear so many more layers and styles. Counting down the days until there is no more 75+ weather.
I LOVE summer but our summers here in San Diego are mostly in the 70's to low 80's. I do love the fall though.
i always look forward to fall! i love layering and going for walks where i can look cute and not sweat :) look #3 is definitely my favorite!
