This & That

I know we are only in the first week of summer, but the pre-fall emails keep coming from a lot of stores online.  I've made it no secret that fall clothes are my favorite ... the boots, sweaters, and dark colors just get me really excited!

Those are just a few pre-fall items that are getting me excited for my favorite season!

My new favorite thing to eat for breakfast is a peach and quinoa bowl.  I got the idea from my sister-in-law who makes this all the time for their raw foods business.  I learned to make it myself and now I can't be stopped! 

I usually use 2-3 fresh peaches, 1 cup of quinoa, a dash of cinnamon and top with Grade B Maple Syrup.  The combination is delicious and super-filling! You could definitely switch up the fruits and go with berries or another fruit of your choice.

I've now had my second treatment with the 36 pen microneedling collagen pen (that's a mouthful).  I started out with the Dermapen (what is shown in the video), but soon moved to the bigger and badder 36 needle pen. The microneedling technique is used for collagen reproduction, reduction of acne scarring, and reduction of pore size and hyperpigmentation.  I am obsessed and will probably get the 4-6 recommended treatments to get rid of some stubborn acne scarring I have around my mouth.

Thanks to a friendly tip on Instagram, I have now found my favorite website in the whole world.  It's called The Perfumed Court and it's a website where you can choose any perfume out there (even rare ones) and they decant it for you into a sample vial so you can try before you buy! 

There are always so many scents that I want to try, but no where her carries them so I am left either ordering a full size based on reviews or scouring eBay for a sample.  This website makes it so easy because you can choose from so many different perfumes as well as what size of sample you would like to receive.
