I seem to be on a roll with Forever 21 lately ... and this blouse was only 17 dollars! I enjoy trendy pieces but never want to spend a lot of money on them. Trends come and go and it's best to just get some things at F21 and call it a day. I was lucky enough to find these very expensive looking sunglasses there as well for only 7 dollars. Sometimes you have to dig at F21 but it's worth it in the end when you find gems like this.
